(1) HY-818 – PET for Drinking Water Bottles
With an intrinsic viscosity of 0.800 ± 0.015 dl/g, HY-818 is specifically engineered for drinking water bottles, offering excellent clarity and superior processability. It enables high-efficiency blow molding with a crystal-clear finish. Key specifications include:
- Acetaldehyde content ≤ 1.0 mg/kg – ensures flavor integrity and compliance with food-grade safety standards
- Color value L ≥ 83, b ≤ 0 – guarantees high transparency and minimal yellowness
- Carboxyl end group ≤ 35 mol/t – enhances hydrolytic stability
- Moisture content ≤ 0.3%, dust ≤ 50 mg/kg – ensures stable and reliable processing performance

(2) HY-816 – General-Purpose PET for Oil & Beverage Bottles
With a higher intrinsic viscosity of 0.840 ± 0.015 dl/g, HY-816 is suitable for edible oil bottles, carbonated soft drinks, and general beverage containers, offering balanced mechanical strength and excellent oil resistance. It meets the same stringent quality standards: - Acetaldehyde content ≤ 1.0 mg/kg
- Color value L ≥ 83, b ≤ 0 – ensures high clarity and visual appeal
- Carboxyl end group ≤ 35 mol/t, moisture ≤ 0.3%, dust ≤ 50 mg/kg

Haoyuan’s PET is produced using an advanced continuous polymerization process, with self-produced high-purity PTA (purified terephthalic acid) and MEG (monoethylene glycol) as raw materials.
